A barrister living in SW3 approached us for a 3rd charge loan against his Chelsea townhouse. The first charge was with a mainstream lender and the 2nd charge was an overdraft with his current bankers. We completed this loan at a conservative 55% LTV, but were the only lender able to complete this on a 3rd charge basis. The client successfully repaid our facility.
