The Quivira Story
Quivira was founded by Rajiv Nathwani in 2011 after he envisioned outsized gains in the property market, through the niche practice of bridging finance. The company started off life as a small private lender with a loan book of under £50,000. Five years on, we have experienced exponential growth and have a loan book size of £30,000,000 - £40,000,000 at any given time, made up of private funders as well as institutional funding sources.
Rajiv Nathwani
Managing Director
Rajiv is the Managing Director of Quivira Capital. Destined to be an entrepreneur from an early age, Rajiv founded Quivira Capital at the tender age of 22 in 2011. Rajiv has grown the business from a small bridging lender to a medium-sized finance provider in the industry. Rajiv specialises in writing bespoke finance facilities and believes success in business is only achieved with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Zara Ali
Operations Manager
Zara’s main responsibility is to ensure smooth, streamlined processes for our clients, both borrowers and funders. She is the main point of contact for a lot of our clients and handles all day to day operations of the business. Zara is a vital component within the Quivira Team.
Shaun O'Sullivan
Financial Controller
Shaun is an Oxford University graduate and an ACCA-qualified accountant. Shaun manages the in-house finance functions at Quivira Capital. With his commerciality and business acumen, combined with fifteen years of experience in financial services, Shaun is a valuable asset to the company.
Laura Armstrong
Executive Assitant
Laura is an Executive Assistant who provides day to day support to our Director. She is responsible for making sure the right business priorities are organised, and that all our clients are getting the service they need. Laura has proven experience as an Executive Assistant and is a great addition to the team.
Vicki Gibson
Office Manager
As Office Manager Vicki is responsible for co-ordinating the whole team and ensuring that everyone and everything is working as efficiently and effectively as possible. Vicki is a key member of the Quivira Team.
